How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your garment, and add it to cart. At checkout you'll find a measurements form. Alternatively message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you through the entire process from selection to measurements.

How do I take my measurements?

You need a soft measuring tape and ideally a helper. We need chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, jacket length, sleeve length, trouser inseam, outseam, and thigh. Visit our measurement guide for a full step-by-step walkthrough, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you through each one in real time — it takes about 10 minutes.

What if I'm between sizes?

Because everything is made to your exact measurements, there are no sizes. You simply send us your measurements and we cut the garment specifically for your body.

Can I order as a gift for someone else?

Yes — you'll need the recipient's measurements. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you gather them correctly.

Production & Delivery

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from measurement confirmation to delivery. For urgent orders we offer an express service with an 8–10 day total turnaround including air shipping — contact us on WhatsApp to arrange this.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. We regularly ship to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia but deliver to any country with reliable courier service.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders ship by air courier with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email once dispatched.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Contact us on WhatsApp for an estimate before ordering.

Fit & Alterations

What if my garment doesn't fit when it arrives?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For minor fit issues we'll advise on local alterations. For significant issues arising from our error we'll work with you directly to resolve it.

What fit styles do you offer?

We offer slim fit, regular fit, and relaxed fit. Specify your preference when placing your order or via WhatsApp and we'll tailor the cut accordingly.

What is the difference between Black Label and Golden Label?

Black Label suits are made from premium tropical wool and start from $168 — exceptional value for a fully bespoke suit. Golden Label suits are hand-tailored from superfine wool including Raymond fabrics, with half-canvas construction and a higher level of handwork. Golden Label starts from $320.

Do your suits come with matching trousers?

Yes — all Black Label and Golden Label suits include a tailored jacket and matching trousers made to your measurements.

Can I request a custom fabric or colour not shown in your collections?

In many cases yes. Contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements and we'll advise on availability and pricing.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify. We also accept bank transfers via Remitly for international payments — contact us on WhatsApp for payment details.

Can I return a bespoke garment?

As every garment is made specifically to your measurements we cannot offer standard returns. If there is a manufacturing defect or a fit issue arising from our error we will resolve it. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before confirming your order.
